ELouai's Countdown Script
Easy to use Countdown Script. Just provide date to countdown to and it will then display the time left in days, hours and minutes. Sample output: Today's date May 12, 2004, 9:17 am; Countdown date January 1, 2010, 12:00 am; Countdown 2059 days 15 hours 42 minutes left. A php countdown script is dependent on the server clock, thus the countdown date is FIXED, unlike a javascript countdown script that is dependent on the client machine clock and is reached at various times of the day based on location.
