The flash blur effect allows you to get a blurry transition between one picture and the next. Features: Easy to use Transition parameters adjustable-you can adjust the quality settings and you can adjust the transition duration frames; Extensive example files included; Free updates. Filters are based on the latest Flash 8 technology and are not downwardly compatible (and are therefore not working with Flash MX). Works with both PC and MACs. The use of the filters is very easy. You can either use them on the Timeline (in the author environment of Adobe Flash) or with Actionscript. Available for ActionScript 2 and ActionScript 3. Works with Flash 8 and Flash CS3.
