There is a plethora of animation effects out there on the internet, and for the most part, it's up to you to figure out how to accomplish many of these effects. Some of these effects may not have readily obvious solutions, but if you know your Flash tools well enough, then you should be able to figure out many effects on your own. Having said all that, it must be said that sometimes people just need a little push in the right direction, especially when we're still learning the basic tools of Flash.
