It will enable everyone to be more informed and on the same page. A contractor can post each task along the way to the finished project. Each task has a start and estimated completion date. The client can then always know where the project is and leave comments for the contractor on each task. The contractor can also reply to the client with a follow up comment. This not only enhances communication but also leaves a record for refernce later if needed. The software can also work with subcontractors instead of clients.
