Windows Norton Commander ( WinNc.Net ) is a file manager for Windows XP, Windows 200, Windows 2000, Windows MEL, Windows 98, Windows NT, and Windows 95. WinNc.Net is a file manager that replaces the use of the existing Windows Explorer. Developed by a small Dutch multimedia company called Dunes MultiMedia, WinNc uses the same key shortcuts and the same mouse functionality as a well-known DOS file manager. Lots of tool buttons and menu items provide access to standard file-management methods. You can easily format, copy, move, delete, view, and edit files. WinNc gives you direct drag-and-drop access to network servers, network neighborhoods and other network computers in the double-pane interface, each of which function independently.
