Smartylance was created with the goal of establishing a marketplace to buy and sell services in a safe, controlled environment in which buyers and sellers could be matched according to skill and project requirements. Buyers can post projects for free, communicate with providers, use a feedback and review system, and pay for work online. Providers can bid on professional projects, communicate with buyers, build a portfolio, and receive funds to their account. There are three different levels of projects: professional, novice, and limited.
