FipsCMS is a very easy to use but powerful content management system with many features including contact form, sitemap, guestbook, newsletter system, and tell a friend script. The administration area is secure and features three different levels of security. The design is made within one single page wherein all other modules are included. The pages are stored in an Access 2000 Database and can be edited in WYSIWYG mode. You can cut, copy and paste pages and move pages up and down, and you can easily backup & restore your database.
