Optional email confirmation to avoid abuse. Checks to make sure an email address does not already exist in the list. Optional email confirmation will hold new additions and will not add them until the address holder has confirmed their desire to be added. Send bulk email without it appearing like bulk email. Preview your email before sending. Requires Sendmail.
